Esporles is one of the few Tramuntana villages where people live all year and do not depend on tourism: there are families, a school and village life in winter.
That changes the kind of job. More main-home refurbishment comes in here than seasonal villas: two-storey village houses being fully renovated, with ducted air fitted while the work is open.
It is fifteen minutes from Palma, so plenty of people work in the city and live here, with carefully budgeted work and deadlines that have to be met because the family is living inside.
And around it there are fincas and country houses on the lower slopes, reached by track and built in stone.

In the Tramuntana no two houses are alike, and almost none was built with ductwork in mind. Half-metre stone walls, vaulted floor structures, exposed timber beams the owner has no intention of hiding, and ceilings that change height from room to room.

The facade is usually listed. That governs where the outdoor unit can go and how the duct can reach the roof. We look at it with you and, if needed, propose the solution the town hall will actually accept rather than the one that causes trouble.
And access. Single-car streets, nowhere to park, sometimes steps. Fabricating the ductwork in our workshop and bringing it up ready is not a bonus here: it is the only way to do the job without blocking the village for three days.
