Marratxí is where Palma has grown without being called Palma. In twenty years it has gone from potters' villages to the municipality with the most new residential building on the island.
That defines the work: detached and terraced houses on developments, with the suspended ceiling allowed for from the design stage but tight on height, and a great deal of nineties housing now being modernised.
Here it is best if we come in before the ceiling is closed. When the route is drawn with the other services, the ducts run where they should; when we arrive afterwards, we run where there is room.
And there are industrial estates with units and workshops, where the duct is exposed and spiral.

And there is a building committee involved. The outdoor unit, the run through the light well and the roof discharge usually need the building's approval. We tell you at the survey what will be needed, so you do not find out with the work already started.
