Binissalem is wine country and the home of the golden Binissalem stone you see on facades throughout the town.
The wineries are a client type of their own here: barrel rooms with controlled temperature and humidity, bottling areas and often a restaurant and tasting room. Each of those zones asks for something different and they are not solved with one unit.
In the old centre there are large houses with courtyards, arched entrances and high ceilings. Many are listed, so the duct is routed internally and exits through the courtyard or an inner roof.
